Dubai is pioneering fractional property investment with Prypco Mint, the Middle East’s first tokenized real estate platform. Developed in collaboration with blockchain firms Prypco and Ctrl Alt, the initiative lowers entry barriers to Dubai’s property market—UAE residents can now invest with just Dh2,000.

The platform operates under regulatory oversight from VARA, the Central Bank of the UAE, and the Dubai Future Foundation. Zand Digital Bank serves as banking partner during the trial phase, with transactions currently limited to mint.prypco.com.
